Jack Walker

After training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over ten years (the last nearly five years of which have been with Filipe and Paul), Jack Walker earned his BJJ Black Belt in June, 2018. Jack has been a life-long athlete, having wrestled in school, then moving into powerlifting and strongman before dedicating his focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Through his 20’s and early-30’s, Jack competed in and won a long list of powerlifting competitions. While training with Phil Pfister (prior World’s Strongest Man), he began training and competing in Strongman competitions – even previously winning the title of Pennsylvania’s Strongest Man. Jack has now been a loyal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student for over a decade, which he continues to love. He not only continues to actively and regularly train and learn, but he also runs the ever-popular Friday Morning BJJ class and instructs classes whenever the need arises. Jack enjoys the comradery of his Soul Fighters family and helping others learn and succeed!
